Write E-mails to Your List in 20 Minutes or Less

You can write an e-mail to your list in 20 minutes without all the anxiety about what to write if you follow a proven methodology. There's no need to worry about how you can organize your ideas when you follow a step by step model to writing. In 3 simple steps you've got a compelling e-mail your subscribers will love.

E-mails aren't articles or blog posts: they're short, brief messages. You want to allow yourself enough room to sell a prospect and add a little bit of flavor and personality to your writing. Your readers need you to be concise and get to the point. They have hundreds of other emails to get to.

Step 1: Summarize what you're writing about in 1 sentence.

Imagine that someone is asking you, "what are you writing about?" This is what will be used as your subject or headline.

Step 2: Tell someone everything they need to know about that topic in only 5 sentences.

This is going to force you to get down to the bare bones of your messages. These are going to be the most important sentences of your e-mail, because they put across the main purpose.

Step 3: Expand on those 5 sentences with 2 sentences each.

Now is where you can start inserting more personality and start selling your prospects. This is how you can start to connect each sentence to the next in a logical way.

What do you think? Is this method something that will help you?

      My pleasure.

I like to break it down to simple steps. It's a lot easier to sit down and "write one sentence, then write 5, then write 2 for each 5" than it is to sit down and "write an engaging letter about [niche]" in my opinion. I hope it helped you.

Hey there, I think this is awesome.

I tend to ramble in my emails lol.

I do think everyone's audience is different but from personal experience...

I'm not always crazy about reading the Magna Carta in an email lol.

Thanks for the tip, I'll be doing this myself!

If you dont need Copywriting... then it's ok.

If you wanna sell or get more engagement, then think more on the reaction you want to have from the prospect.

Just read "The Ultimate Salesletter" by Dan Kennedy.
    And/or David ogilvy sales letters.

    just my 2 cents...
