What is the best email service provider for affiliate marketing ?

This topic is very widely covered in this forum.

If I were you though I would go a route that gives you the most inboxing freedom.
Use a newsletter or email service where you can pick your own SMTP.

Amazon SES is definitely the cheapest and a top inboxer.

Get you're own dedicated SMTP server. effective and affordable for high volume senders.
If you're not high volume sender, Use Amazon SES.

Aweber works well for me. There is a spam rating available for each email that allows you to make changes and re-rate for a spam score before sending.
