How To send Mass emails for free ?

I got a big email list to send emails to
i tried atomic email sender but it cost wayy to much to begin
Honestly im not a tech expert so correct me if something wrong said:

Is there software that can connect to other site SMTP, that is cheap
and able to send at least 400 mails per hour ?

    it's a little bit complicated than what you might imagine. Completely free. not sure about that!!
    but the best way I see, to use a server and dedicated IPs and configure your own SMTP server. You can save up to 300% with it.
    However, its not easy to manage an SMTP server. or build a reputations.
    Good SMTP = Good Reputation
    Good Reputation = Good Email Data.

    400 mails per hour? What kind of emails do you want to send? Most email marketing software do not allow spamming. Most are strict about sending out cold emails...

    It's better to send with good smtp server,which most of them are paid.

    I have just always bought my own server and used the built in email service to mass email if I wanted to be cheap and didn't care about the bounce rate.

      That makes no sense!

      If you don't care about your bounce rate, your just not going to be successful.
