Job Board experience anyone??
Does anyone out there have experience successfully driving traffic to a job board? I haven't driven much so far, but my revenue per new visitor is averaging only about 7.5 cents including adsense, Indeed and JUJU revenue. I have heard that email marketing is the way to go, but it looks like it will cost about $1 per website visitor. Obviously that math doesn't work. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated!
