I can collect thousands of very targeted emails in a day ! What should I do?

Hello, I just found a very unique ( I think so ) technique to collect targeted emails for any city or keywords.

All these emails are shared by their owners. I collect 10.000 emails just in one day. I didn't use any paid service or program. I only used completely free three tools on the internet.

Screenshot

I have no idea what should I do these? My english is not proper to prepare email campaigns for cpa's.

What's your opinions, what do you recommend to me?

1- Creating a wsa about that.
2- Selling these email lists collectively or separately.

I haven't use any email marketing tools by now and I have no idea how I can elect these emails such as buyers or non-buyers.

I just removed duplicated ones in the lists.

I m very eager to hear your advices.

thank you.

You should not do anything with them

#1 - They don't know who you are
#2 - You don't have their permission to email them which MEANS it's spam, illegal & you're probably going to get your email acct(s) banned for doing this

Just because you CAN find something, doesn't make it right OR legal to do...

Try BUILDING an email list like the rest of us instead of cheating your way there

      I second this.

This is considered BlackHat if you venture in promoting to them in any way without their permission.

This is partly why Facebook had to change their targeted audience methods for online ads. People were doing similarly by mining e-mails with particular niche interests and they would create a new ad to that audience.

What you may TRY instead is to copy and paste some of the e-mails individually into Facebook Graph Search.

From there you can see if any profiles generate from that e-mail.

Take note of the persons gender, age (if birthdate is not hidden) and similarities between the LIKES they have for particular Facebook Fan Pages.

Using this newly discovered information you can probably narrow down a Facebook Audience in that niche and run offers to those.

The CAN-SPAM Act does not actually prohibit unsolicited email:

      https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/busi...guide-business

Why CAN-SPAM Compliance Isn't Enough for the Email Industry | Pardot

It includes specific requirements for announcing the purpose of the email, identifying the sender, providing and opt-out process, etc., but nothing about requiring the permission of the recipient for the first email.

While it's always preferable to have the permission of the recipient, it is not illegal to send unsolicited email.

Ironically (or possibly intentional) the name of the act is "can spam."

Assuming these emails are legit (and that's a BIG question - they may NOT be legit!)

... and depending on what the interests of those people are IF THEY ARE LEGIT...

    Here's another option:

You could hire an email copywriter ;-) and have him or her write your emails FOR you! That person may also be able to set up your autoresponder and so on... (of course depending on how you got those emails, that may not be possible... because no legit autoresponder provider will accept "harvested" emails if that's what they are).

As to separating the buyers from the freebie seekers - you'll have to offer them something tempting and see who bites - and THEN separate them into different lists.

Then again, if the emails are NOT usable, work on finding a way to actually collect "real" emails with an opt-in page and have an email copywriter help you with the emails (and the opt-in process too.) That might be the better approach.

Put them in your recycling bin and then delete them.

You can't contact them and try to sell them anything since you didn't get their permission.

You don't even know what their into anyway, so even if you could legally email them you would just be throwing mud up against the wall and hoping it stuck.

There are some bulk email services & software you can use if you insist upon contacting these people, but my guess is since these people have never heard of you and don't know who you are, they will mark your email spam, and if enough of them do that a bunch of things could happen, and most of them aren't going to work in your favor.

I'm not sure exactly what the penalties are if you are caught spamming, but I know it can get pretty expensive.

Why don't you build a proper list and stop looking for bad shortcuts?

Those email lists are of little to value to you because they don't have an idea you have access to their contacts.

You can go ahead and use them but be sure that all the emails will pretty much end up in the SPAM folder of the various owners and be sure also that this will get you into more trouble than you bargained for!

Good luck looking for a shortcut to success

you can see that I'm newbie about email marketing.

actually I m a seo and web sites owner, I had tried affiliate marketing 7-8 years ago and make about $500 with spending $50 in 2 weeks.

I want to focus affiliate marketing more and I want to make much as an affiliate.

I don't want to bother people of course. I've considered to create a willing list using these emails.

These people wrote their emails in public platforms such as forums, facebook, twitter with some requests.

For example I collect women emails from forums, they wanted more information about some dressing products etc. If I send dressing related emails, are they still spam? I'm not sure about this.

They can unsubscribe from the email list. Or I can delete them because that they don't open emails or click links. I think some email marketing services has these features. ( or doesn't )

With this method I can create quick and eager list to read or buy.

Until I elect unwilling people I won't use their emails for advertising. Isn't this still ethical ?

    thank you.

Stop trying to justify a really STUPID idea.

Just because "these people wrote their emails in public platforms such as forums, facebook, twitter" doesn't mean they are expecting you to take them without their permission and start spamming them to high heaven.

What you are trying to do is take a shortcut, and it's one that simply won't work.

Why on earth would you want or try to contact people who have no idea who you are and did not give you permission to contact them?

You don't even know what niche they're interested in. Also, I thought I heard you talking about even selling them. That's LOW!

Why can't you just do it the right way run a proper online business instead of acting like a lazy ass and adding to the already poor reputation that email marketers have because of people like YOU?

Do the work and stop looking for the easy way out.

Honestly, I don't mind telling you that I have absolutely ZERO respect for people who do what you are thinking of doing.

It is never good to contact someone without permission. If you actually want to sell something in this age, you have to build a relationship and form some trust. Sending a random email out of the blue to a stranger will not build any kind of trust. As it is, you don't even know if they are interested in your topic. Very unfruitful and arguably illegal. This is not how to develop a good reputation in your niche market

You will need to run an opt in sequence on them. Advertise a free lead magnet and either segment them as true opt ins, or force them to write their email address on the optin page. A dead cold list has little value on its own.
