Does using two email services make sense?

Hi, guys,
I am working with getresponce and utilize my own list i created with opt-ins.
But sometime i can get a short lists (up to 200 emails) of prospects. I want to send bulk email to them with my proposal, but i will get only few of them as my client (or even no one), and the rest of that lists are useless, so i do not want to keep that garbage in my primary list (no to mentioned i will need to pay extra fee for bigger list).
So i wonder, should i use another one, second email service provider for that purpose? I will upload there my prospects list, some of them will opt-in on my webpage after bulk email and get to my primary list and the rest will stay in that second emails service. Is this sequence correct?
Would appreciate any advice from anyone who is more experienced than me )

Oh, and if that sequence is correct, what bulk email service would you recommend? I need to send about 200-500 emails every 3-5 days.

Thanks!

If I get what you mean, then you should look on how you could segment your list. No need to go to a different email service provider.

Also, Getresponse is a good solution. Mailchimp and Aweber are the alternatives I prefer. Mailchimp offers more possibilities, but Aweber is much more easy to use.

No, my list is segmented. But i need to use another lists. In other words i need to make kinda solo ads but just by myself. I will get only 1-5% leads from that lists so i do not want to upload it to my gr list. Because 95% of it is useless.
Hard to explain, but i hope it's clear now )))
    Anyway thanks for reply!
