Ebook Free Optin Converting

I was wondering if using Facebook ad and free book optin is still working, as I want to test a niche. Should I just email them weekly if they do optin about something relevant and then try to convert to offer? Or should I do jeff walker style three videos followed by direct sale(don't want to create product yet)?

Judging by the number and frequency of "free eBook optin" advertisements we see on Facebook, they must still be converting very well. What niche are you promoting? Create a short eBook and trial a FB campaign with $50-100.

Set up an autoresponder sequence of 5-7 emails over a week, introduce yourself, your brand and your product. Build some familiarity, then start trying to convert.

    Good luck!

Good insight. I was wondering about advertising free ebook and about to look into whether people are still advertising that way.

Make sure you create a custom target audience in Facebook for your campaign that is focused enough.

Many of the would-be Facebook marketers make the mistake right out of the gate of not targeting their niche appropriately for their ad campaigns.

Should I create the product before hand or can I just build the list? Then sell product.

Build the list first and make sure the demand is there - it'd be a shame to create a product and have nobody buy it.

Do some research on Facebook audiences and Google insights, make sure there are people out there looking for what you're going to offer.

If there's at least 1 million people combined in high purchase intent countries (like the US, UK, CA and AUS), develop a very short version of the product you have in mind as a 5 page eBook. Use that as an opt-in gift and start driving traffic using FB ads.

Keep engaging your growing list with valuable info as you develop your product, and mention it every few days. Eventually, create anticipation by preselling it, mentioning its benefits, what it includes and give people the opportunity to preorder at a discount, or include preorder bonuses.

Folks' preorders will give you the money to spend on advertising and outsourcing, and also the confidence to know your product is in demand, which will only make your job easier as you continue product development and approach your launch date!

      Good luck.
