Who does cold email marketing here?

I am running highly targeted and personalized B2B cold emails in BULK !
Would love to share some insights and know what is working for you.

My method:

I Scrape 20k Emails daily.
Send highly targeted offer.
Niche: Startups/ Enterprise B2B space
Stats:

70% Open rate
17.5% Reply rate
2% Conversion for $199 offer ( 20% commision )

Profit : $2800


Email Marketing Stack:
Open Source Mautic on Digital Ocean + Sendgrid

For $100/month investment is netting me good money and I would like to increase my conversions rate via good copy.

Any good ideas on how to create relations with cold emails?

    Why would you want to change anything?
    If your spending $100 and making $2800, then you are doing nothing wrong and I would just try to scale it.
    I still find it hard to believe that on scraped data your getting a 70% open rate, that seems a little extreme, but what do I know.

      Open rate is the easy part when you personalize your headlines.

      Real example : Hi [firstname], have you hit your quota this quarter?

      The hard part is to convert customers. I don't want to scale by number but by quality of conversion. That's why I am seeking help in knowing what works for you in terms of getting that reply-rate up.

      I agree with you. There is no good ESP that can allow scrapped data. And even if he is using mailchimp, their highest open rate is 24%

    To be honest - why would you want to change, you are getting amazing results.

    I cold email using acellemail on 1&1, driving traffic to my webinars.

    I get a pretty good conversion, I just need more data in the UK

    I notice you use mautic - I think mautic is amazing, but I had massive trouble importing! taking hours to load 10k - they couldn't fix this I had to look elsewhere.
    How are you importing?

    also what tool do you use to scrape 20k emails?

    your profit of $2800 for sending how many emails? if you sent to 20,000 your total scraped that would be over $15k profit..

    Don't change.. you can split test [which is how you got here], but don't change the formula..

    You have $1 in = $28 out.. that's a winner right there..

    If you want to make MORE.. offer your current buyers.. the NEXT SERVICE.. a buyer is a buyer is a buyer as Dan Kennedy told me..

    Update:
    one critical thing I missed in the above setup is that I ran an awareness campaign for 3 days before emailing them using facebook custom audience. Instantly increased my open-rate and decreased my un-subscribe rate. Now that I look back on all my campaigns this was the secret-sauce.

    Those sound like incredible results. If anything try to offer them something that they can't refuse. You will have a higher sales conversion rate. Limited time offer, next 10 people, get it while supplies last, everyone is using it,etc.

    How are you getting the first names on scrapped emails at 100%? I have a success rate like in the 40-60% in data appending first names, but never 100%.
