Cables, GI, TLD, etc - what is the best for affiliate email campaigns?

Quality of email leads dropped massively from most of our affiliates in last few months.

What kind of domains are the best to be mailing to?

GI = General Internet, it means all the emails apart from TLDs and cable domains(read below).
TLD = Gmail, Yahoo, hotmail, aol etc (the big ones)
Cable = Comcast, Cox etc email addresses.

Depends on the quality of the data and deliverability.

There are mailers that send to all domains and others that domain target their data based on their ability to inbox or ROI.

I think your going to find the following:

GI - Generally low quality leads and low conversion on the backend. Easier to get high volume but lots more issues.

TLD - Hardest to inbox, low volume normally, but best conversion rates.

Cables - These can be just as hard to inbox as TLD, and the conversions can be just as good. You require a different strategy for hitting cables versus TLD.
