How To Personalise PLR Autoresponder Emails?

Hi guys, my biggest weakness is writing email followups/broadasts for bodybuidling niche. So I dediced to purchase a bunch of pre-written newsletters from a PLR website. I was impressed by the content it contained and I think I can use most of it to send out to my email list.

But before I do that, I want to be able to personlise it and make it my own, so I need some suggestions from you guys if you don't mind helping me get started.

Here are some sample email messages: My question is, how can I incorporate my own knowledge and story into these emails as I have a lot of knowledge as a bodybuilder but as I already said, i'm not the best writer. thanks in advance.

Subject: %%FIRSTNAME%%, Force Muscle to Grow

Muscles don't just get bigger of their own accord, and just exercising muscle does not make it get bigger. Exercise will make muscles stronger, of course, but exercise will not make muscles larger. Muscles must be forced to grow. Muscles get larger after enough stress is put on a muscle to make small tears in it. Then, as the muscle rests and nutrition is provided, the body makes repairs to the muscle and adds strength as well as size to the muscle.

Please look at:

Doctors have a name for the muscle-building process. They call it hypertrophy.

Here's the way the process works: muscles are stressed, muscles are rested, muscles are stressed more, muscles are rested. The process is repeated over and over. It's sometimes called "progressive overload."

Aerobic exercises are for the purpose of building endurance and strengthening the heart. Bodybuilding is not based upon endurance. Bodybuilding is based upon strength, and strength training is the only kind of exercise that will make muscles bigger. Let me rephrase that; strength training followed by rest will make muscles bigger. The rest is equally important. Nutrition is also an important factor -- you have to provide your body with the nutrients and the
calories necessary to repair, rebuild, and strengthen muscle.

The body is designed for survival. In order to trigger muscle growth, you must engage the body's survival mechanism. When the body is asked to lift heavier and heavier loads, it perceives this as a threat to survival. The human body is genetically programmed to build muscle mass in order to handle future threats and thus guarantee survival.

Subject: %%FIRSTNAME%%, Creatine

Maybe you've heard some weird "stuff" about creatine. There's a lot of misinformation circulating about the body-building supplement. Some major news networks have referred to creatine as a steroid. Creatine is NOT a steroid. The newsletters sent out by a couple of major medical universities have
mentioned the "awful taste" of creatine. Pure monohydrate powders are tasteless.

Please see:
%%AFFILIATELINK5%%

Rumors continue to circulate about the "deadly side effects" associated with creatine. There aren't any. Then there are the rumors that simply taking creatine will create pounds of solid muscle on anybody who will take it. Nope, that one isn't true, either. Creatine can help, but proper nutrition and training are still required.

The human body manufactures creatine. Creatine is manufactured in the liver, pancreas, and kidneys from glycine, arginine, and methione. It's a natural derivate of an amino acid. About 90% of the body's creatine is stored in the muscle tissue, with tiny amounts also stored in the heart, brain, and, in males, the testes. A normal adult has about 120 grams of creatine stored in their bodies all the time.

Also see:
%%AFFILIATELINK1%%

The body manufactures about half of the required creatine. The rest of the needed creatine is supplied by foods like red meat, some fish, and other protein-rich foods.

The idea behind using a creatine supplement is that by increasing the creatine available to the muscles (totally saturating the muscles with it), faster regeneration will occur. This will allow the muscles to train harder before becoming tired.

Creatine supplements also hydrate the muscle cells (draws water in). There is also a theory and even a little real evidence that creatine supplements may help increase human growth hormone secretion.

Be sure to go to:
%%AFFILIATELINK5%%

When creatine is added to a weight-training program that's designed to add muscle mass and a proper diet, it produces greater gains in strength and fat-free muscle mass over time. Nobody is arguing the point. It DOES work.

Well, in reality all it boils down to is putting it into your own words and experiences. If you don't have much of that then searching for more information on the subject would be a benefit.

Or, you could analyze the information for what it is...sentence by sentence. Analyze the sentence structure, the paragraph length, the way how sentences start and/or end, certain words that could be synonymous, etc.

After all that, you have to decide if that's what you want to put out (as it is) or decide to change it up by adding your own view to it.

They say "we talk like how we speak, right?"

Since that is somewhat true, another way to make "personalizing plr" a bit easier is to take the content, commit the information to memory and then record your content into audio form. For some people, it is easier to "personalize" or rewrite their plr that way. (Optional) Then they would get the audio version transcribed.

At the end of the day, it's up to what you have (personally) to share with others and how you want your messages to look to your subscribers. There's an even blend between the two and I'm sure you'll figure it out.
