Emailing function Word - How to avoid Spam-filter

Hi everyone,

I'm sending around 1500 emails for a thesis research. I started to contact the contacts I have through Mailchimp but I had poor success.

Then I discovered the "Mailing Merge" function in Word. You can basically load your list of emails on word and then send it in html format, using outlook to all the companies of your list.
I got more responses using the this function but:

My emails are considered as spam quite often.

The strange thing is that I:
  • Send max 30 emails per minute
  • no html code in the emails

Considering the I'm using my university email for that (student account on office365 - hotmail) what can I do to avoit to be considered as spam?

Some errors I get are:
user is over quota
error '550 5.4.310
error 550 5.1.351

It looks like that there is a problem with the DNS. It's like that some email accounts do not accept the emails I send through my email . Do you think there is way to fix it?

My BCL and PCL score 0 and they should be ok.
x-forefront-antispam-report: SFV:NSPM;SFS10009020 etc...) could it be the problem?

Can the issue caused by bad quality email list?

When the emails bounce back I receive messages like this:
