How do I make email list (for MMO niche) without any product?

Hi, I'm new to list building and want your advices and case studies.Please tell me how to build email list with free and paid traffic without any product to offer? How forum posting can help people build list? Which forum you used? Thanks in advance.

    You need to have some free e-book, report or video to offer for someone to give you their email id.
    You can create this by looking at PLR resources and then modifying it as required.
    Even in forum posting you have to post on a forum and put a signature at the end of your post. When someone clicks on it the user will be directed to your site where he will be asked to enter a email id in exchange of something. That something is what I mentioned in my first line.

    Search on PLR products on Google. Although it may not be free, you will get it at a lower cost.
