Best way to convert unsolicited emails into solicited?

Hi guys,

I have lots of unsolicited emails list. I use Get Response as auto responder. I want to convert these emails into solicited.

Can you suggest any idea of doing it? I mean if I start shooting them emails that wouldn't be ethical. Right?

So how can I convince them to become solicited? Getting my point?

Thank you.

The US has the can-spam law, which makes it easy to send as long as you follow the rules.

If you are sending well-targeted B2B data, it's not that big of a deal. Most call this prospecting.

If your scraping B2C data you will likely collect a lot of bounces / spam traps and have huge deliverability problems and likely get your account terminated.

It's really more about the data than the how. Anyone can set up an ESP account. Of course, there are things you can do to mitigate complaints / unsubscribes.

I would just test a small sample of your data if it'is B2B. If it's scraped B2C, I would toss it and consider getting 3rd party data. Which is data that the users have shown an interest in a specific niche and provided permission to receive messages from third parties. You get the opt-in record for each user and it's 100% can-spam compliant.

Your Email should meet the following Definition that's it:

The CAN-SPAM Act defines commercial email as "Any electronic mail message the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service ( which includes any content on an website used for commercial purpose)."
