Using an autoresponder for a Clickbank product

Hello,

I am very new to affiliate marketing and there is a product on Clickbank that I wish to promote. Let's say that I capture a potential buyer's email address on my squeeze page and I have 5 emails on my autoresponder. The buyer makes a purchase after receiving the 2nd email. How will I know that a purchase has been made and not send out the remaining 3 emails?

Thank you

I think what you are describing is the affiliate tracking ID. This will only identify what link was clicked to lead to the sale. It will not identify the individual buyer or their email address.

There is no simple way to manage lists with CB as an affiliate.

CB have an IPN. This sends out all the details of every purchase and cancellation etc.

To know which buyer purchased a product you need to create your own server-side script that can read the information from the CB IPN.

When you identify the purchasers email address (which BTW may not always be the same email address they signed up to your list with) you can use this information to move the subscriber fro the current list to a 'buyers list' using your autoresponders automation rules. Or more accurately add them to a buyer list and remove them from the current list.

To do that you will need programming skills or someone who has. An understanding of the CB IPN and of the autoresponder you are using.

    see https://support.clickbank.com/hc/en-...cation-Service for more details.

you can use clickmagick to track and clickbank supports clickmagick, you can configure clickmagick through clickbank setting...you can check clickbank and clickmagic docs on how to configure it.
      Good luck!

If the vendor allows you to, you can offer a bonus. In order to receive the bonus they have to contact you with their poof of purchase. then you can move that person to your buyers list
