I have a large, useless email database. Now what?

I hired some freelancers to put together my first email database. Basically, they combed a couple of different websites to manually build a detailed contact sheet for every ServPro business in the United States. I ended up with the following data for 1,675 different businesses:
Business Name
Business Owner Name
Office Manager Name
Admin Assistant Name
Phone
Email
Mailing Address

For those not familiar with ServPro, they are high-end fire/smoke/water damage cleaners. My plan to market my service to them became evident I was drastically mistaken about their need for my service after the first couple of personal phone calls. It was my mistake.

Now the question is what should I do with this data? Would you forget about it and discard it, rent it, sell it, sell to lots of people, sell it to a few people only? Any suggestions?
