Any tips on how to create an email list from people that have purchased items from my ebay store?

    While I don't believe you are going to find a legal way to do this, can you expand upon the type of consumers you are looking for?

    Is there a specific niche you are focusing on? Maybe there are some options options to obtain that type of information if we know more about it?

    It's definitely NOT a waste of time to email past purchasers on ebay.

    You need to get their permission first by just asking them at the time of purchase 'If I have anything else for sale I think you might be interested in....should I add you to my notification list?'

    The vast majority [like all of them] say yes and it is a great way to do business.
