How to segment people who click without opening the link?
Hi.
Maybe a silly question about MAILCHIMP workflows. I want to send people different automations depending on the links they click in a first email
Something like this:
"tell me what you are interested in:
LINK1 (for my test, i put a link to an url here)
or
LINK2"
Also, I created one automation intended to be triggered when people click on LINK 1
The first email of the other automation opens correctly when I click LINK 1. But it also opens the url. I don´t want it to open the url.
I´ve reviewed all the triggers, but I can´t find it. Which kind of link should I use then that doesn´t open an actual url?
