How to Manage Multiple Auto Responder Sequences

I want to create an auto responder sequence for each product I promote. Each Product will have a lander with a freebie to get the email. Then start an auto responder series trying to sell the product.

1) I have multiple products to promote how do I let people who have signed up to one sequence view the other sequences I have set up? For example, people who sign up for an SEO freebie / related product might also be interested in a Facebook Freebie / related product. But they won't know it exist because they didn't come through that funnel.

Possible Solutions?

- I could invite them to join via sending them to the landing page of that product / freebie lander. With multiple products no way to tell what they're interested in. Offering a list of 30 something possible freebies and having them signing up to all and then getting hammered with emails. LOL!

- Thought about just automatically moving them to another list when they reach the end of a sequence. Same problem though, what if they're not interested in what I'm offering and just unsubscribe because they got moved to a list they didn't want info on.

- Send Broadcast messages when I add another sequence to promote a new product. Promotes the new product to everyone already subscribed to a different list, and also sets up a new funnel / AR series for a new product. Same Problem though, the people that join my list after the broadcast have been sent out won't know about the product.

2) Once someone is in my funnel and purchases something, how do I remove them from the Auto Responder series so they don't keep getting emails about something they've already purchased?

I use Mailerlite for my AutoResponder, but I've seen buyers moved to a "buyers list" or something similar. Something to do with a pixel or what not?

3) With multiple product funnels I'm thinking of just letting each Freebie / Product series feed into a Master AR Series. I've seen and am subscribed to multiple marketers who just have 150 Auto Emails set up. At that point it's just like throwin crap at a fan and seeing what sticks to the wall.

- I want to be able to just set up the AR Series and drive traffic. I don't want 30 lists for each product and not be able to keep people constantly engaged with my brand. Where they just sit on a list until I have a relevant product to promote and content that fits their interest because they're segmented based on interest.

Any advice on how to manage this efficiently is appreciate. I'm just getting my feet wet with all this and hitting some road blocks. Thanks!

Firtsly change autoresponder: choose ActiveCampaigns which is more focused on what you need.

Then with AUTOMATIONS you can easily do it in a lot of ways.

You can set an automation which send a mail to people, asking if they're interested in another product, givin them a freebie and then, add them a TAG (like askedifinterested). If they're interested then continue receiving mails , if not stop and exit this automation.

Then set a condition in the main automation, if people has this tag do nothing, if not go to the automation above.

    Easy

    Thanks for the response!

I agree that my auto responder is holding me back after a lengthy chat session with the Mailerlite support. I was trying to go the free route, but they just don't have the options I'm looking for.

I also emailed aweber and some other providers to see what some solutions were.

I'm starting to think that a linear AR sequence that branches off based on behavior (clicks/no clicks) is the best route. Then just return people back to the main AR series after they are sent through the tangents that branch off. Or make a purchase from one of those tangent AR series.

I'm starting to see why affiliate marketers promote one thing at a time and just keep moving the same list from product to product instead of doing like I'm trying to and making just one long AR sequence. It's a beast to manage and set up.

I only found a few providers that have a pixel set up that moves a buyer from an AR series to a buyers list once a purchase is made. Paid options of course.

I know it's silly to try and go the free route with your Email provider. It's like a mechanic has to buy his tools to work on a car so why shouldn't I have to buy a platform for Email marketing. There's just so many people that get all the equipment and then don't know how to build the engine. Sucks paying $40 a month for a platform and then not be able to drive traffic, or not make conversions on your sales.

I'm thinking I am just going to have to make some sacrifices on features and automation until I get positive cash flow. It all looks so easy to set up an AR and then sales just come raining in.

I need to either sell recurring products some other way or get a membership site going to pay the expenses for email marketing. It sure is a beast to set it up right the first time through.
