How to deal with an email list when promoting clickbank product?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to promote clickbank products via email marketing, and in this case i have a targeted leads that i have generated through fb ads by offering a free ebook after they opted in my squeeze page.

So, in case i have a 10 day autoresponder or whatever ( 7 or 14 days ), i would be glad to hear from those who are experienced in promoting CB products via email how do you deal with your list?

Let's say in our follow up we are providing only value and then we recommend clickbank products in the last days of our autoresponder:

- Do you offer an incentive with the cb products since the first pitch email ( or until they click and don't buy ) ?

- Should we send the pitch email only to the leads that opened all our followup sequence?

- How do you deal with the leads that open your pitch email and don't click + those who click and don't buy ?

I have always been under the thought that you should try and sell something to your list every time you contact them (even if you are providing some kind of useful info).
When you do not sell to your list, then its basically just a waste of money in order to send the campaigns.
Some people here will disagree with me and say you need to keep your list engaged, but hard sales is my specialty and it generates me a lot of money, and so I continue to take that path of least resistance and monetize the people as much and fast as I can.
