Please Help! MailChimp Content Text Missing from "Add a Button" Feature.
In my MailChimp campaigns I have a button for "Register Now". When clicked I select from the drop down for the recipient to send an email. I've used the same template for my campaigns all year but recently it stopped saving the text I put in.
For example, when a customer clicks the "Register Now" button, an email template will open in a new screen to where they can input their name, address, etc. There is standard text I always have in here:
Name:
Store:
Email:
When I "save & close" and go back in the text is either partially there or not saved at all. Very frustrating! Noticed that future campaigns I have scheduled are now either missing or partially missing text within them.
Suggestions?
