Email market for vacation rental site?

Hello, I am new to warrior and have been self researching about SEO and site-building as well as email marketing for the past fews month now.

I have setup my own vacation rental site using online software system, it's looking pretty decent and we have our own small team working on SEO, to this date there is no potential guests with our direct booking - we only have guests from OTAs site.

So I'm looking for effective email marketing that can help my small business running.

    SEO would be for new traffic.

    Email would be traffic you already have, so are you looking for repeat buyers?

    I too have a Tourism site
    which I am wanting to get more traffic too myself.
