Open Source Email Campaign Platforms - What is everyone using?

Hello All,

I am looking for everyone's recommendations on open-source email marketing platforms. I have came across a few, but I am looking for something that will:
  • allow unlimited subscribers/monthly emails
  • good designs (or css options to edit designs)
  • ability to schedule without leaving a computer on. (so cloud hosted)

I am okay with both cloud hosting on the services servers or making a sub domain and hosting it myself.

I was looking at Odoo, but it seems to not offer many things, like:
  • good templates/or template manipulation
  • template CSS manipulation
  • drag and drop is sketchy (doesn't always drag things in correctly)
  • buttons don't seem to be changing color with settings and I would rather be able to make them bigger and more comfortable.

Any suggestions?
