    I don't know any tool which is compatible with wordpress. However I use mail merge.

    I have never been a fan of using wordpress plugins to manage any type of email marketing campaigns. The tools that I use are all independent, and i think its better to operate that way.

    We use GetResponse for a smaller Woocommerce e-shop. They've even got a plugin directly in WordPress.
