I need to learn list building, can you recommend a course?

I purchased a warrior offer/product that was focused on how to pick and promote products from warrior plus and jvzoo, they do not really cover list building. They claim to, but only talk about Facebook and solo ads so briefly, its not even worth them including the "bonus" imo.

Could someone please recommend a good program that teaches email list building?

I'd prefer not to break the bank. Stuff like Anik Sigal and Frank Kern for THOUSANDS of dollars is not a good match for me (financially) at this time as I balance a financial family burden and my efforts to start online marketing.

Stuff like wso products work for the budget though.
