All my emails go to spam .What to do

This 100% has to do with the content of your emails.
Even if you are not sending marketing emails per se, your content must be spammy in nature with the words you are choosing.
Google has some of the toughest email filters in the world, getting into the inbox is no easy task.

Further to this, Google uses patterns and engagement metrics across all its users to determine if they should inbox your message. If you have low engagement, you should not expect Google to inbox you.

You can check your emails for spam flags by using online tools like

https://www.mail-tester.com/

Google search turns up several of these 'test for spam sites' - might be best to try your email on more than one 'test site'. Could help you identify and correct the problem.

Email On Acid, and some other content based cloud email checkers, which are all paid monthly services, can help you identify some of the content issues in your messages. This would be the only thing I could recommend to you in order to help make your content more friendly to the filters.

Try to avoid images, videos if possible.
Try to include a downloadable for a free giveaway or so in your first email & ask your subs to make sure they add your Id to safe list if it landed on their spam box ... this can help to some extent.
Don't use income claims or those words which could trigger spam. Try to break words in between to avoid being spammy.
If you are using a custom lander (I assume you are) ... let them know what's coming in next 2 or 7 days ... & ask them to ensure they add your Id to safelist to avoid missing them. May help to some extent.

The spam filters on gmail accounts can be very fierce. I suspect that Google want to encourage paid per click advertising.

Of course they aren't terribly reliable - but many of them catch the common 'new list owner' mistakes. Some are better than others.

They are also are good at highlighting 'trigger words' in subject lines and emails.

The OP has posted about using several different autoresponders - my guess is some of the 'reasons' for problems are basic errors and these tools can highlight weaknesses in subject lines and text.

It's a place to start.

What you have to do?

Go to GlockApps.com and register, then import the list for testing and send the mail to that list with the string they provide to you.

They will make a test, absolutely free for 10 tests, to different providers in differen countries and they will show results AND give you advice.

So you can easily check if the problem regards your ip server of your autoresponder, maybe it is blacklisted, or the headline etc.

If not, you have to change the content of your emails, but if 100% it's probably due to how did you acquire leads or server issues

Is this a new getresponse account or one that you have been using.

If it is new, make sure you set up SPF. I have seen new accounts without SPF go directly to spam and then after adding SPF the mail went to the inbox.

If you have been using the account for a while, what are your open rates?

If they are low and you consistently send, they will look at it as poor engagement and eventually send you to the spam folder.

If you have good open rates, then it is likely something in the message body.

Any serious email marketer should be testing their inbox placement using seed accounts or use a service.

If you set up your own seeds, at a bare minimum, you should set up 3-4 seed accounts per mail provider domain and ideally multiple sets of them.

You also should ideally know your domain make up. What domains exist in your list and how many users exist per domain. Obviously, the domains with the most users are the most important.

For most users aol, gmail, hotmail, yahoo and parent domains using the same mx server can make up as much as 85% or so of a list. So at the very least, you can start with them.

Then use the seed accounts to test your message and look at the following...

Back-end setup: spf, dkim, rdns, etc...
IP / domain reputation: any domain / IP that is associated with the mailing. Also test username.
Content: everything in the message body, mailing address, subject line, plus your template.

You need to test everything step-by-step and isolate the problem and fix it.

Now you should create a complete new list of emails then send them.

You should also change autoresponse service. Here i would suggest Aweber!

By combine them together, by doing new things, you gonna get new results.

get response is a shotty system.... its been proven that getresponse has the worst inbox out there.

Getresponse always had issues with the inboxing, and i talked to a lot of marketers with big lists that said the same. Thats why i left them over a year ago.

Try to change your from email adress (avoid gmail yahoo etc.) but i doubt you'll see any change.

if you can switch to Aweber, you'll get much better results!

GetResponse has had really bad problems getting inboxed with Gmail for more than a year now.

Even popular marketers whose emails I have whitelisted (several times) are still being sent to spam when sent with GR.

Oddly enough, emails from cheaper services like TrafficWave, RocketResponder, DirectResponders, GVO, etc, have been landing in my inbox all the time.

They won't admit it, but GR is having huge problems getting inboxed these days.

If you want a sure thing, go with Aweber. They are the best and probably always will be.

However, they have gotten much more strict with people in the "make money online" niche lately. Can't say I blame them. The sheer amount of crap being sent out nowadays is astounding.

Not only that, somehow I keep ending up on lists that I know I never opted in to. I believe there is a massive amount of lead selling/trading, spamming, and other bad practices going on, and so it's getting harder for everybody to steer clear of the spam folder.

As always, a bunch of idiots ruin it for everyone else...

Hi, I'm also using GR and facing the same issue like you. A friend helped me set up a bridge in my hosting but my mail still goes to junk box. Contacted GR but it can't really help. My friend also recommended I switch to aweber. However, I do get sales from GR autoresponder Mail so I still hold on to it. Now I'm on mthly subscription for GR so that I can switch anytime.

Your email go to the spam because of

1. You Didn't Get Express Permission to Email
2. Your IP Address Was Used for Spam
3. You Have Low Open Rates
4. Your Subject Line is Misleading

Do contact with your hosting provider they will guide you better then us because they know what you are doing with your email

I strongly suggest you to switch to AWeber.
