Autoresponders against Business Opportuinites and Affiliate Marketing? Sendlane & ActiveCampaign

I see that some of autoresponders has in their terms a warning regarding affiliate marketing, business opportunities or trading.

In ActiveCampaign there are some red flag regarding affiliate marketing, and this warned a lot of users, also me, so we have asked to customer support and the CEO of AC has answered in a video that they are not against affiliate but against direct linkin to affiliate offer, while if u link to your website where there is a review or an article it's ok.... and they are against Solo Ad.

In Sendlane in the Terms, in the "Prohibited" Section there clearly written that they are against business opportunities and trading niche.

But Why if the head of Sendlane and Co-fonder are Anik Singal and Jimmy Kim who promote business opportunities (there is a section relative in the Clickonomy, their solo ad marketplace), and in their training/launchpad blueprint there is trading niche with Sendlane autoresponder?

What do you think?

MMO and biz opp emails tend to look like spam ... that's why. Gmail is especially tough and will not only send biz opp emails to spam folder but will outright block them and you get bounces for content reason.
Autoresponder companies have to look after their IP reputation. If you're a big company like Aweber you can tolerate a number of 'borderline' senders.
Still, about 18 month ago inbox rates for aweber dropped significantly. Open rates dropped by 50% over night.
Just recently Aweber closed down 1000s of accounts of solo ad sellers.
Now I don't know how big a comp sendlane is, but to me it makes sense to outright ban all sending related to biz opp as a comp to keep IP reputation up as long as you are relatively small.

And if you want to know, I have looked through maybe 40 of the better known autoresponder comp and smtp relay TOS or had an account.
The only ones to tolerate biz opp emails are Aweber, Getresponse, Mailgun and mailrelay.
There are some smaller but their deliverability is near zero.

I got closed down by all others upon first email sent. Or didn't open an account after looking into TOS.
