Mailchimp free account ( emails go to promotion tab on gmail )

Anyone here had succuss with the free mailchimp account ?

It seems that all my emails go to the promotion tab on gmail when using mailchimp free account. and that's absolutely not the case with Aweber or get response ( my emails go to the inbox tab on gmail ).

Anyone had the same case here ?

    I would stop using Mailchimp if you're sending internet marketing emails. Sending marketing emails is against their terms of service.

    Sooner or later they are going to shut down your account. It will probably be right when you're starting to make progress and see positive results.

    Don't gamble with your list. Set up an Aweber or Getresponse account and transfer your list over. I know it costs money to set up an email account but your list is your most valuable asset. Be careful with it and don't take a chance of losing it.

      Do you know why emails from Aweber or Getresponse don't got to the promotions tab like Mailchimp? Cause surely a big company like MailChimp would've solved this problem by now.

    Why I can't see all the 6 replies as mentioned above? I am seeing only 4 replies Ankulovv, Samuel, me and you.

    I had success but it was because I did not see Mail Chimp as the difference maker, but building bonds with my readers.

    I patiently build friendships to become memorable, and my readers check the promo tab, spam or junk folder for my emails, white listing them.

    Most marketers play a numbers game and become forgettable. I always played a friendship-building-game-with-humans and become memorable in their eyes.

    People run through a brick wall to get what you have to offer when you care about them.

    Also is anyone else is having the same problem as I am having with this thread i.e. all replies are not visible. Should I contact forum admin for this?

    Please explain - what do you mean by "replies not visible"?

    Might be a function of the 'modern (feed) view' - not sure. I use 'classic forum view' (click on your user name in black toolbar and you have a choice in the dropdown and I wonder if views in 'modern' are more selective.

    My post will be #13 in the thread - how many do you see?

      Thanks @Kay King. I switched to classic view and now I can see all the replies. Previously your reply was at #10. 3 were missing. Now I can see them. I don't know why it was happening in other "view modern". I noticed it when you pointed in previous reply to post#3
