An autoresponder question

As you know there are two kinds of emails, one that's set to go out on a certain day and broadcast emails that go out as soon as you send them.

Lets say I have automated emails that go out everyday for 20 days. And I want to add more emails on to the end of that. So I add an email that will go out on day 21. But there are some people on my list that are already way past day 21, so they won't get that email. Is there some way I can broadcast that email only to those people who are way past day 21? I don't want to send the broadcast email to everyone on the list because then those who haven't made it to day 21 will receive that email twice.

    Hello,
Yes most auto responders do all that, don't worry, aweber does it all, or any other of the big guys is fine.

    Check with your ESP.

There is more than likely an option (just not familiar with all ESPs) that when adding a new message to an AR sequence it will send the message to all the users that are past the day it is set to send.

You can add a tag to those subscribers whom you want to blast that email, then do a broadcast to only that particular tag.

You might also want to consider adding tag to your automated list at the end of the 20 days email. This way, whenever you do any immediate broadcast, you'll be able to only broadcast to those who have that tag, and not to everyone.

Hi Yes you can go to "manage Subscribers" bring up your list and you can select all or you can select each one you want to broadcast to. After you select the ones you want, you chose broadcast and pick out the letter you want to send to them & send it.
