Best Email Marketing Software for Outlook?

Hi - I have done quite a bit of research trying to find an email marketing software that works with outlook. I had tried Get Response, but next to my email address it says "via mail-zg189 .getresponse" when I send emails through Get Response. This is an indicator that it was sent as a mass email. I want it to look like it came from my outlook account, but I am trying to avoid sending out one email at a time.

Any feedback or direction is greatly appreciated!!!

    You don't understand.

    Even with Gmail is like this: due to law compliance it has to be shown if the sender uses an autoresponder or not.

    It has always worked like this.

    And it has never been a problem

    Do you really think in Email Marketing that people who unsubscribe cause they look at "sent via etc." are good prospect to have in your list?
    Do you really think that they will buy something from you?

    No, of course.

    These are not the problems of an Email Marketer: try to set a proper DCIM, and other parameters, using your domain and it will be ok.

      Thank you for your reply and feedback - it is appreciated. That said, I am only looking to email a small group of maybe 20 to 30 C-Level executives at a time. In total there are probably 500 that I would like to keep in contact with, many of whom I have met. It is a very targeted campaign, but as noted, I would like to avoid rewriting the email over and over again in outlook. This is also business to business, so I do not have an option of using Gmail as my company requires that we use Outlook. In addition we have Office 365 that we can use for email.


      I didn't realize that was a compliance law for auto-responders. I'm wondering if there is a software that works with Outlook or Office 365 (Outlook) to send multiple, personalized emails at one time without triggering spam. Does this not exist?

    I'm unsure of a software that could work with Outlook as described.

    A traditional email sending provider may be your best option. Have you looked at MailChimp, GetResponse or AWeber?

    If these contacts are opted-in then either of those options will work for you.

    If these contacts are cold or non-opted-in then you'll need to find a sending software that allows sending to cold contacts.

      Could you give some your personal experiences about MailChimp, GetResponse and AWeber? I'm newbie searching information about them? Thanks.

    I know this is late.

    I've only seen Gmail add the via xxxxxxx after the sender email address.

    To get rid of it you have to be able to use your own domain name in DKIM signature.

    Next time you see it, take a look at the headers / DKIM and what is set for d= you will see that it is the same as what comes after the via.

    d=xxx.yyy.com
    via xxx.yyy.com

    I've never cared about it. So I've never checked to see who has that option. However I do know GetResponse offers it with their Max plan, but it starts at $165 per month w/ 10K contacts.
