Tips for fresh content for email marketing?

Hi guys, this is my first post here on this website.

So I am looking to get my Email Marketing biz started, and I am right now getting a few things sorted before I proceed to buy traffic towards my Opt-in Page.

Can someone give me tips on how I can keep my content emails fresh? How to get content ideas?

I ask because we are required to communicate with our list often, and I need ideas on how I can get content for my subscribers.

I am in the weight-loss niche and since I have personally lost weight, I have a start. But I do need help onto how to keep my content fresh and engaging for my subscribers.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

    Have you considered hiring a copyrighter? This is probably the best way to get fresh content for your subscribers.

    One of the ways that works the absolute best for me is storytelling about your daily life, then tie that in to your product or service. use edutainment.

    Another thing that might help you come up with fresh ideas for content is talk about current topics in your niche that is already popular, it's a great way to engage your audience.

    the best way is to understand the psyche of your viewers. try to figure out what is most loved and most viewed things, then provide content according to that. plus you can keep them engaged by writing down on latest market trends and updates.

    Nothing really left to be said but here is a tip or should I say email idea for you since you are in the weight loss niche.

    Take your exact question you asked here and turn it into an email.

    "So I went inside of this marketing forum for help on how to generate new email ideas blah blah blah... then transition into how it relates to weight loss"

    Make sense right?

    Constant reading and research is where you get fresh ideas. Joins forums like these, read blogs, find out the latest information regarding your niche... or you could try and hire someone. There's tons of workers that you can find at Onlinejobs better suited for the job.
