I have a large number of people signing up to my WorPress site everyday. All their usernames end in numbers and they are all mostly using Hotmail, Msn, Live, and Outlook email addresses. Are they all fake, hackers or what?

I analyze some of account like them,i saw that auto subscriber and one time email address they are using.You can send email all of them account and monitor email status it will send or not and it will open or not.So you can understand everything.
