Hi

I've set up a GDPR campaign to ask my email list to sign up to receive contact by email, phone and mail. I've tested it and the problem is that they have to be 'subscribed' in order for me to include them in the email, but when they opt in on the form they get an error message saying they're already subscribed! Does that make sense?

Any advice on how I can overcome this?

Many thanks, Kieran

You probably need to subscribe them to a new list.

You can't have the same email in a list more than once.

Create a new list and a form that inputs those that subscribe to the new list. Then send the users to that form.

you can try delete list and after again add this.

*** Before Delete you must save this list in your pc.
