GDPR Confirm Subscription

Hi. I am completely confused.

I manage emails to members on behalf of a club.

I need to email the membership to ask them to confirm that they still want to receive emails from us.

I thought all I had to do was create a form to send them but I am lost as to how to add the form I've made to an email campaign.

Should I be doing something completely different?

    Create a form using Google forms and link to it in your email. That is the best way to handle this problem.

    Mailchimp has it clearly explained on their website. If you use other email software, I'm sure you can find similar info and ready templates on their websites.
