Thanks in advance

I see the custom PHP application would be great for you. and I see that you should while choosing an emailing service for your business, make sure it offers bulk emailing with high inbox delivery.
or you could try some solutions online as: mailChimp

Yeah man, there are a lot of options beside MailChimp and you need to search the market. There are good platforms too like Autocampaigns, Campaigns+,aweber etc and thery are pretty cool too,. You should look into them and check out since i feel that they are Mailchimp is not for starters in many ways and it is not for email marketing in my sense of the word. It wouldnt allow any bounce rate at all and stuff.

You will need to consider a legitimate autoresponder such as Get Response or AWeber to be able to reach a large list of people like you have...the only other alternative I can think of is Mail Merge which last time I checked, allowed you to message 500 people at one time.

    Hope that helps!

Thanks for all of you for your answers. But the problem is many of these emails are not verified and with autoresponders they will not allow send bulk emails with high risk of spam. Also many of them don't allow importing email lists

Can a normal casual SMTP server be good enough for this kind of activity ?

I'm refering to default SMTP given by a hosting provider when you buy a hosting plan, for example Hostgrator !

    Hello,

I'm looking for a way to promote my products and to send the content to multiple (thousands) of emails at once.

As you already know Mailchimp and all of those services require that these lists must be organic and any other way to get them would be considered as a spam, so too many restrictions prevent me from sending to all those potential clients lists that i have with the risk of being blacklisted.

That been said, are there any other services that allow me to send all these emails (thousands) without any restrictions or limitations ?

    Thank you

You can promote your product via Youtube by creating videos that helps your niche and ranking those videos;. You can also post an ad on the warrior forum. In addition, to using bing and adwords and facebook.

No ESP is just going to let you mail without any restrictions or limitations like you speak off.

With that said, it doesn't necessarily mean that you can't send your list. Marketers send cold email all the time.

How big of a list do you have?
      Is it B2B or B2C?
How did you get the list?
      How old is it?
Is it email only or do you have data fields for each record?

        - It's B2C
        - I scrapped it from the internet and i got the URLs i needed for specific shops
        - The content of the list is mixed with URLs of 3 years ago till this day
        - The content of the files are just emails

Up to 3 years old means, it's not likely targeted even if you originally targeted users. You could have users that abandoned an account and the provider after a certain amount of time turns the address into a recycled spam trap.

To the best of my knowledge, the following is still correct.

          AOL: 90 days
          Gmail / Hotmail: 270 days
Yahoo: 180 days + 60 extra days for each year the user had the account

Granted you could clean the data, but why start with something so bad to begin with? List cleaning only helps reduce risks, it's not 100%.

If it is email only and you get a complaint you can't provide opt-in data required. Also, you want to know the location of users with GDPR going into effect and possible changes coming with California law. Also, CA law sucks and I wouldn't personally mail to CA addresses.

If you are using a scraper to collect all emails from a site, you can easily end up collecting them and they are spam traps. If you then mail to them you will have nothing but problems. Your IPs will get blocked / blacklisted and if using an ESP your account will likely be terminated.

Thank you for the precious informations !

I checked most of the emails, they all have domain names at the end, and they correspond to the list of URLs provided for the scrapping. So during the scrapping emails are only collected from the ecommerce website, i don't think those sites will allow such spam content in their website since they have things like captcha to prevent it. Wouldn't you agree ? I can always verify the email addresses !

Please kindly explain to me how will my IP get blocked or blacklisted, is it because someone reports me or is it because of the ESP that reports my activity to a certain external organism ? I want to know how that works !

You need to be careful when using this data to make sure you are not in breach of the new GDPR regulations.

GDPR states that you can no longer market to contacts who have not opted in (or are qualified under another legal basis for processing).

To be frank, there are no email service ( I know ) that are legal and support the kind of service you give. There are many low cost hosts which make use of pre-made scripts and offer mailing server. They are just trying to cover their cost and stay away from loss. In the end, you keywords and emails will be blacklisted and money will be lost

        I see, but how does a person's email/domain name gets blacklisted ?

Is it due to the receivers complaints/reporting (clients) ? Or Is it because of the emailing service your using such as Mailchimp that reports you ? If they do, is it to common blacklisting organisation or are there many ?

If i wanna get into this i have to understand how this works !

One solution would be to use a list-cleaning service first, which will remove old, inactive or other problem emails, which would be a start, then you should clean the list further by removing any addresses who don't open anything after 7 to 10 emails . . . the cleaner your list, the better your deliverability will be.

          Chris

Definitely find an email sending provider that allows cold contacts. Traditional ESPs like MailChimp or AWeber won't allow you to upload.

If you are tech, setup interspire or any good autoresponder script and powermta on a VPS.

I'm new to email marketing, but I want to send an email to this list I bought.

I tried uploading it to MailChimp but they won't accept it. So I signed up for swipemail.io (Plan with the shared IP), and send out a blast. The open rate was 0.5%. I think the IP was blacklisted.

Someone told me I need to clean the list before uploading. Does anyone know of a good service to do that. And if I do get it cleaned, do you think I can then upload it to MailChimp, where I have a good deliveriblity.

You should ideally use a list hygiene service. Most tools can only remove bounces (not all domains) and bad syntax. A service will do a better job and remove threats...know complains, traps, etc...

      MailChimp is strict.

Here's a few things they reject on, even cleaning your list doesn't guarantee acceptance. But you should certainly do it.
      • To many emails MailChimp never seen before.
      • To many emails they know will bounce.
      • To many emails that match another customers lists (IE Purchased lists)
      • To many known spamtraps/complainers/role based emails

With a purchased or cold email list, you'll need to use a specific ESP that allows sending to these types of contacts.
Majority of traditional ESPs don't allow sending to these types of contacts and you'll end up blocked or banned.
A quick google search for who allows purchased lists will help you find the right email sending provider.
      Good luck!

Assuming these are cold contacts that have not opted-in, you'll want to use an email sending platform that allows sending to cold or purchased email lists.

Traditional ESPs such as MailChimp won't allow you to do so.

Buying an email list is also known as spamming. The recipients have not consented to receive your marketing. That's the quickest way to get your IP address and domain name blacklisted by every ISP out there; if you value your reputation or inbox placement at all, don't buy a list. Build your list organically by driving traffic to your lead magnets.

if you want to start with any smtp server provider you need to be patience in start and warm up your ips before sending at high speed. Once your IPs will be warmed up you can do even better mailing at affordable price. Mailchimp and many others like sendinblue etc... they cost high price which is not affordable for small businesses and also not recommended for bulk mailers. Because their polices are so strickt and you may be kicked out soon. so you need a cheap smtp server with free fully loaded email marketing software so that you could send as many emails you want.

MailChimp and SendGrid etc... they all only accept optin lists plus the list is not small so the cost will be higher if you go with them. And if your list is not cleaned a chance of kick out if your list is not optin.

you can try any of the followings they will work for you. ]massmailservers, bulkmailvps, dailysender, hotsol.

              Hello again,

we use ip rotation and no one can guarantee that you cant get blacklisted. If you get blacklisted we change the domain and use new domain and if ip gets blacklisted we will change that ip.

Sending this type of emails is always suspicious and caught as spamming. If your subscribers have no shown intent to want your emails, what you are effectively doing is no different than spamming. I learned it the hard way. Having a list is one thing, have a buying list is another....

I don't think any service can guarantee a high inbox rate, but if you have an opt-in list, along with personalization, segmentation and other tricks you may achieve the results you are looking for. There are several services you could use. Some allow you to send to purchased lists and some don't. to be on the safety side i suggest your register yourdomain.xyz or yourdomainmail.com or something around that and use it to email your list.
create a redirect from you@yourdomain.xyz to you@yourdomain.com so you can follow more easily
at some point your domain will be blacklisted, no way around that so you just stop using the yourdomain.xyz (keep the redirection for clients that will eventually contact you) and you register another domain like mydomainmail.com or whatever and start using it.
make sure you setup dkim and spf also
