Is it Safe to point to a different domain in email CTA ?

I'm currently running a campaign with a scrapped list of emails. That been said, i'm aware of the fact that there are a lot of elements that might get a person's domain name blacklisted. Assuming that everything is set correctly!
My question is : if inside my emails content i put a short content with one Call To Action pointing to another different domain name like the call to action would point to : domain1.com and the email is sent by contact@differentdomain2.com, doing so as in pointing the target links to a different domain name is that seeing and considered as a bad practice that might result in my blacklisting ?p
