You should identify the issues that are causing you to be blacklisted.
The most common issue is that you have dirty data filled with spam traps that are causing you to be blacklisted.

With help of https://mxtoolbox.com you can easily check your domain is blacklisted or not...

    Just follow below steps:

    Open mxtoolbox.com URL
    1. Then Select "Blacklists" tab.
    2. Insert your domain and click "Blacklist Check".
    3. Get solutions. ...
If your domain is whitelisted then fine... if not then send a request to be removed from a blacklist. but before doing it, make sure that you correct all the violations and explain it in your request.

Here I suggest you some other sites for to check if your domain is blacklisted:

The core activity K; cease doing things from fear (pitching, spam emails, spam comments) and begin doing things from a generous, abundant space. Instantly boosts your rep and also aligns you with folks who respect your skills, nudging you into inboxes and also, allowing your comments to avoid spam filters too.

Clean your data before you send it.
You can use a service like List Verified in order to do this and to remove your hard bounces as well.
ImpressionWise is another service that does cleaning and verification as well.
