Spam Score in GetResponse Newsletter

Whenever, I try to send a news letter with either JVzoo or clickbank affiliate links, most of the time spam score shows between 4 and 4.5.
The following scores are given to be main culprits for higher spam score.
1) Contains an URL listed in the ABUSE SURBL blocklist
2) Contains a URL greylisted in the URIBL

I decided not to send this newsletter.
But both the news letters where I got higher spam scores are quite reputed product sellers and doing quite well.
Can you suggest what I should do under these circumstances? After all others are able to sell these products?

I would ask their 24/7 support to avoid being banned

Yaa, I thought about that but the I got a better idea to solve the issue. Instead of using the affiliate link directly in the new letter, I created a short blog post to use the affiliate link and used my blog post's link in the news letter. Spam score immediately came down to 1.56.
