Best business E-mail data provider?

I am in search for the best cost to quality ratio business e-mail provider.
Looking more closely at these:

Sellhack
OxyLeads
Leadgenius
Zoominfo

Have anyone been using those? Any experience would be lovely (cost per lead, CRM integration and other tools).

Also, other recommendations are welcome!

    I was using Sellhack (You can request a Demo), those guys rock, but the price is quite high. If you unlimited money - recommending. On the other hand, OxyLeads have graciously amazed me. The leads are legit and they do not cost a fortune. I have used the coupon "oxyleads25" if I could remember correctly. That one gave me 25% off. So that might help you out to save a penny.
    Zoominfo is not for my pocket, but if you try it out, let me know!

    There are a lot of email data providers that offer quality B2B email databases. infoUSA, DatabaseUSA and ZoomInfo are just a few. We've used ZoomInfo - they've always been able to provide us with quality data for our email marketing campaigns. You'll want to pair your list with the right software, too; one that allows sending to cold or purchased contacts.
