Re-organising subscribers in list on mailchimp
Just joined a new company. Their MC lists are unorganised with over 10,000 subscribers ungrouped. The company has several product offerings and I'd like to 1. Scrub the lists. 2. Get the subscribers to choose or resubscribe to lists which pertain to their interest for better targeting.
Options I've thought of ;
- Segment the list to timezones, e-blast the timezones with a builder form asking them to sub to new product differentiated lists.
- Send out a re-opt-in email which offers sub to new product different lists.
Is there an easier way ?
