Sign Up Form above footer area in wordpress

Hi Warriors,
I want to add my sign up form above the footer area on my WordPress website like it appears on the image below, But I don't know how to it as it can't be done with widgets customization.

    You might want to added it manually by editing the theme...

    i tried this before for my wordpress site, and it shown exactly where you place the code...
    i'm not sure if every wordpress theme using the same file name, but it's pretty much the same step...

    Try this :
    *Go to your WP dashboard, and then go to "Appearance" >> EDITOR
    * in the right side of the EDITOR window, choose the main page file (usually "index.php" file)
    * in the file content, you can place your optin form code right above the php footer part...
    *and lasty, if you want to center align the form, you can wrap it with "align="center"

    the easieste way
    1. install "CONTACT FORM 7"
    2. Create your form
    3. Copy the form url you will find it under form Title expl "[contact-form-7 id="1" title="sign up"]"
    4. go appearence => Widgets
    5. Drag Html personalized section To Footer column
    6. Past the form URL inside HTML personalized & SAVE
    7. WELL DONE!

      oh yeah so all what you need is copy the contact form for each page of your website using your plug in builder

    It doesn't work with the builder plugin, because the form will be appear on the main page and not in the above footer area
