Best way to build a Lead Generation Site/Page?

Been out of the game for a few years... And now I'm starting over and I have a friend that wants me to build a lead gen site to generate leads for his business.

Not just email address but contact info and phone numbers etc...

What is the best, fastest and cheapest solution

PS: Not a newbie Started selling online in 1998 but have not done anything other POD for a couple of years. So what the best route these days? Build my own or use a platform and which one?

    A site like unbounce may be beneficial to you, it isn't free but it is a pretty good building platform for landing pages.

    I don't know if it's the best, but...

    ... fastest... and cheapest:

    Just set up a Wordpress site.

    Use a clean theme.

    And set up a custom landing page with the built-in drag and drop, and add your opt-in box on there.

    Fast.

    Quick.

    And cheap.

    There are a couple of options here:

    1) You can use a plugin on a wordpress website with a simple theme.
    Beaver Builder is a good free option. With a little messing around with it you can create any kind of page you like.

    2) You can use a service like 'mailerlite' which is 10 bucks for your first 1000 subscribers. You can use their built-in features to build landing pages.

    Those two are free/cheap - fast - and pretty efficient.

    Hi,

    You could go with a Free Landing Page Company offer, but they will want to put their ads somewhere on your FREE page/site.

    I actually use the product that I promote, and I can use the product to promote any Business Niche! Although I still have a I Wordpress site, I find building websites with the Wordpress platform a bit time consuming compared to the amount of time it takes me now.

    I have also used Free Editors in the past, but then I became caught up in uploading and hosting. Not to say that it's a bad thing... Just saying that I have found a easier and simpler way to create lead capture pages.

    The fee is well worth it's weight in Gold!

    Marketing and a contact form. Place the form on a website or blog or hyper link in a post. Build your list and stay in touch with your list. You can edit your form to capture whatever info you want.

    First of all, welcome back!
    And, I would suggest you to create social media pages like FB, Instagram etc to drive traffic and to promote sales. Launch your presence over there, it really works well. It will make your audience recognize who and what you are.
    Because, in these trending days, people got more connected socially. Even, creating a custom landing page is a good option. But, still the social media platform will definitely help you to drive visitors to your site and to generate leads.

    As far as the actual website that will capture the customer's info: Just do WIX , Very easy to build a website, you can just drag and drop lead capture fields etc...

    THEN you have to figure out how to get traffic to that landing page via content marketing or other creative pathways. Hard to give advice without knowing the niche but I think you were asking for software not advice, right?

    I"m in the lead gen business. However, most of my email acquisitions don't come from a squeeze/landing page.

    Whenever I have needed one, I've always just hired someone from Upwork to build one that is responsive(mobile friendly) and hosted it myself.

    If I needed many, I would probably look at using a platform.
