Best email client for multiple email addresses?

I use Gsuite for core business. There are plenty of add-ons for it.

Gmail for personal stuff and Thunderbird for pop accounts.

I personally use GetResponse for building out my squeeze pages and for my autoresponder, I think you can even get a FREE 30 day trial, Gmail is a problem with many subscribers as it tends to be thrown into spam frequently so may never get found if your spam account is like mine, it fills up in quick time.



Aweber is another email marketing platform I use. My Lead Gen Secret is the main email marketing mailer and Lead Generation software I use for building out my lists in super fast time.

Thunderbird is my recommendation, it's brilliant and doesn't contain a bunch of features you don't need.

I have tested quite a few clients and if you settle with just mail/surf, then go with SeaMonkey - https://www.seamonkey-project.org/
POP3, IMAP etc. It's great!
The different email accounts are separated in a much better way than many other email clients.

If you need more Outlook like features, then I recommend emClient which costs a little bit, but is well worth it. It's a life time license (at least was when I purchased my licenses). This is an outstanding Outlook like email client. POP, IMAP, ActiveSync etc.

There is an open source client too called Zimbra Desktop, which I tested back then (a few years ago), but there was something with it which I didn't like (unfortunately I don't remember what it was, I gave it two test periods, but then I decided to use emClient and that is a decision I never regretted)

I've been looking at zoho mail recently. I much prefer the look of the interface when compared with gmail. Part of the reason is that it has a preview pane on the right, like with Outlook. I am currently using Outlook. Yes, Google can also do this, but then you don't see many emails in the list above the fold because of the space Gmail takes up at the top of the screen.

Also, zoho mail looks really clean and attractive. Another feature I like with it is the ability to share just a folder. So then, I could get a VA to have access to just that folder, so I get to keep all my other emails private. Could be handy for dragging and dropping emails for them to tackle.

Zoho One looks good, with a ton of nice useful software in there but I find their pricing plan a bit iffy. $30pm for one person, but you have to have your whole company use zoho else they charge $70pm per license. But what about if you have a couple of VA's who work part time for you? Then you might end up on the $70pm licensing as they could class them as part of your company. Bit confusing.

I am tempted by the Zoho ecosystem but that damn licensing thing...

I had experience with Office 365. it's proven and tested, and I'm pretty familiar with how it works, and its desktop interface (Outlook). Problem is it's a little pricey especially if you have budget constraints.

This is the best email app by a long shot, there is nothing that comes close in terms of how good it is.

This is the new version of the old Cloud Magic, and Newton did end up going bankrupt for some time until they got bought out and it was ressurected.

The cost is $50/year I believe, but this is a small price to pay for excellent email management and organization of your email and messages.

I would never use anything else - I dare you to try it, you will be hooked.

I personally use Gsuite for core business. I like how it works.

I used to use EMClient as well but the pricing changed and it's no longer a lifetime license. It worked pretty well for managing multiple email accounts when I was using it. Support could have been better though, they were difficult to get in contact with at the time. Maybe that's changed though.

G Suite is the best option for most small businesses
