Do I really need my email autoresponder?
The problem is if user calls and requests an extension then I extend their free trial in the web app but it does nothing to the sequence in convertkit. So user ends up getting emails with incorrect dates or saying their trial has ended when actually it hasn't.
I've thought about setting up all the email in my web app but then I don't have the marketing automation, tagging, and other features that convertkit has.
Does anyone know how larger saas companies handle automatic transactional and marketing email? Should I just learn to use convertkit and my web app together or try to integrate sendgrid or some other platform for more seamless automation?
