EMAIL MARKETING

I have Godaddy email for about 16 years. I also do my web hosting with them. Now, all the sudden, they are charging extra for email hosting. I was planning on leaving them this summer when my contract is up.

My question to you is: What email hosting platform do you recommend? I have a lot of contacts and important emails I need to migrate as well.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've always used Gsuite for anything critical. Gsuite is gmail for your own domain.

1. When you go for any cPanel Linux hosting from reputed providers, they also provide you email as part of the service. You can use the email via web or local email client.
2. You can export your emails and contacts from your existing provider. Then import it in the new one.

You can always use paid platform such as Gsuite, but the barebone email service from your hosting provider should be good enough. I use it for many sites, and there has been no problem.

If you really want Gmail, simply add the email account to it via IMAP / POP3. Also, add the email address to send emails using your Gmail itself. No payment required as long as you are within the free space limits. Done!

I would suggest Office 365. It is the most professional email service there is.
We use Office 365 at our place right now.
We got it from here https://www.o365cloudexperts.com/office-365-migration/

As many many people already do suggests please use something like probably that version of it entirely like google or even something like outlook or yahoo services for maill if they still do provide such things entirely and possibly anyway.

GSuite is so worth it. Love it. Integrates with everything else - use it to log in, has dedicated drive, docs, sheets, and countless other apps, you can easily add as many aliases as you want, and ...it's gmail! It looks like an actual nice email platform you'd use in your regular life. Not clunky and ugly like the alternatives.
