IP warmup - what is a good deliverability rate

Hey Guys,

I have an IP that I'm warming up, slowly getting traffic to it.

My question is what is a good open score to hold when you are warming up an IP?

I know that there are a lot of other stats to look for but I wonder what this can be.

Like, is it 15%, 20%, 30% and I'm talking about mostly value emails and a little bit of
promo emails like one every two weeks.

Let me know.

Although it is an old thread, I see that OP asked an important question.

One of the most important factors that determine whether your message will reach your subscriber inbox or spam folder is engagement rate (Open rate + CTR). If it's too low, your IP will likely be blacklisted and you'll end up with bad delivery.

What is the break point for that? I do not know. I was looking for an answer to the same question and by chance, I found this thread.

But in any case, it seems that there are obstacles that will face any new IP.

The key is that after a month of sending, you should separate the openers and clickers from the inactive subscribers, and then send only those active subscribers.

This will significantly increase the engagement rate, which will raise the Ip reputation, and thus a better delivery.

You can then re-engage the inactive subscribers by splitting them into batches and slowly adding each batch to the active subscribers in a way that does not negatively affect the engagement rate.

However, you will be lucky if you can delist your Ip from any blacklist.
