Email list of freelancers (or potential freelancers)
What is the best way to come by an email list comprising freelancers, especially beginners?
I have begun promoting my course on succeeding on Upwork and so far it's going well, but I am looking into starting some email marketing.

I know the obvious answer is "go build it yourself by creating content for a few years", which I will do, but in the meantime it would be nice to jumpstart the operation.
