Need help with bulk emailing

Hello guys! I need your help. I used to send mass emails and i was getting like ~50% open ratio. I was sending emails to not obt-in(not my subscribers). However idk why but the open ratio dropped a lot so my old method is not working anymore.

I'm wondering maybe someone of you know how to send mass emails and deliver them all to inbox and get a good open ratio , like 50%.

I have the budget for that. I really need help! Please, let me know if someone could help me with that. Thank you!

    I think that 50% open rate is too good. I don't know if you have changed something, but the average open rate is 20-25 on average. I would focus to improve from where I am today. For example, you can improve your copy or/and your targeting.

    Well the open ration of 20 or 30 percent its very good and you want more than 50 percent ? Its good if you get less ,focus more on value and how to help people more
