Both have advantages over the other. I personally use Outlook (ad-free, paid version bundled with 365), so I have some biases.

Best to evaluate both so you can make an informed decision.

Agreed, both are unique in their own ways. You should look for the one that aligns with your needs and best serves them.

Gmail its also good .But if you want to have an email business i advice you to use a real autoresponder like aweber or getresponse ,in this way you can send emails to all your list ,compared to gmail or outlook where you need to send them one by one and you have a lot of restrictions

From what I have been reading you probably want your "From" email to be a domain you own. I think you can do this with the Gmail upgrade, or maybe someone here with more experience can shed some light on it. So instead of myname @ gmail.com you would have "myname@mydomain.com"

There are many email marketing services available in the market but you want to choose between two: gmail and outlook. As per my suggestion don't use gmail or outlook for email marketing campaigns as Gmail and Outlook were created for office use and you have a lot of restrictions.

Other things are: images don't show automatically in Outlook, if contacts are not in your address book. The Gmail team is very serious about SPAM and privacy policy. Therefore, if they receive complaints, they may consider you as a spammer and may shut down your account without questions asked.

Email marketing should not be taken lightly. It is a serious tool for driving traffic so here I'm sharing the Best email Marketing apps:-
    • Constant Contact
    • HubSpot
    • SendinBlue
    • ConvertKit
    • Mailchimp

They all are Equipped with advanced features like newsletter design tools, automation capabilities, and ways to personalize content. You can take coupons or trial offers from your server. They provide initial offers for these apps.

A quick Google search for "best email providers for email marketing" turns up a lot of options, but which one is the best? It really depends on your needs and preferences.

Some email providers are better than others when it comes to deliverability, meaning your messages are more likely to end up in recipients' inboxes. Others offer more robust features for managing your contacts and tracking your results.

And then there are the free email providers, which may be a good option if you're just starting out with email marketing and don't have a large budget. To help you choose the best email provider for your needs, here's a list of the top email providers:
