Help Switched Companies Now This

Anyone ? We switched from mailchimp to flodesk and our reader opening rate have gone down what to do?

    You could start by providing us with some context and a few more details - such as how much your rates have declined, over what period, what your new email service provider had to say when you contacted them etc.

    Well maybe its temporary problem as ot hapens when you change autoresponders .Wait some time and see if problem persist also you should contact the autoresponder suport to ask some advices

    I would start here: ( https://glockapps.com ) and use the free test to see where there may be issues.

    Im not seeing Flodesk on any of the group comparison sites I would be looking at to determine what their delivery score is... but based on their idea of a 21% ( AVERAGE ) open rate ( https://help.flodesk.com/en/articles...and-click-rate ) things dont look promising.

    Im reading that Flodesk isnt CAN SPAM compliant... thats a red flag for sure - I mean that right there would drop your delivery rate significantly - and start effecting YOUR Domain score in the process.
