Cold emails - will I get blacklisted?

Using a CRM with "AmazonAES or Workplace" etc. and I have an email list of 1000 plumbers and I want to send a legitimate marketing offer to them. These are cold emails, not from anyone that's opted in.
Assume 1/2 use a Gmail address. If my marketing email is marked as SPAM in their Gmail account is my domain and/or IP going to be blacklisted? Or Would I just be a typical spammer and deserve it?

      Ya know, I knew when I posted this that there was a good chance that I would get "Branded" as a spammer and most would see my intentions as black or white; no in-between. Since I'm not promising/promoting that "I'll get you listed on the first page of Google" or anything like that, and realizing that cold emails have a super low open rate, I'm still feeling "No Harm, No Foul."

    Rather buy a seperate domian (with a name that's sort of related. You don't want to risk burning your primary domain.

    Why not just send out 50 or 100 at a time, leave a day or 2 in between and check out the stats. I would probably have a 3 or 4 email sequence and move the clicks/opens to a new list and those that have not engaged to another. Then just keep repeating the process.

    For those that do not engage your first sequence I would send them one or two more offers each with a 3 to 4 email sequence. If still nothing then just delete and move on

    consider hyper-personalizing your cold offers to each one of the plumbers
    go above and beyond the basic outreach offers they normally see ...

    Perhaps some analytics gathered beforehand shared over 3-drip sequence?
    OR maybe some other local info that is relevant to the individual plumber..

    All this is dependant on the offer of course.

    IF you do get them to respond and the person is a non-buyer .. consider a follow-on survey that allows THEM to explain current pains and problems in their own words.

    Use that language in your next batch of cold pitch outreach

    Make sure you understand deliverability, and follow best practices (eg. don't send more than 100 emails the first day, then 200 the next day, 400 the next and so on, and make sure your domain is more than a month old etc.).

    Make sure you clean your list before use, and check your email for any words that will be seen as "spam" by gmail and other email systems . . . I've used InBoxPath, a paid service, which does those things, and checks your email system as well, and can test your email and tell you if it goes to spam or not, etc.

    It is possible to get a good response from cold emails . . . I got 34% open rate at one point on cold emails.
